Well-Being Week: May 20-24, 2019
You’re invited to attend more than 30 fun and free events celebrating our second annual well-being week for employees.
New to this year’s event lineup, we’re offering a movie night and a retreat on mindfulness in nature. All group fitness classes are free to drop in this week -- no membership or registration needed. We’re also bringing yoga to Kroger Field for UK Appreciation Day on Thursday, May 23. While you’re there, stop by our resource fair and you’ll see how more than a dozen UK departments emphasize various elements of employee well-being.
All these great events are presented by your colleagues in UK HR Health and Wellness, as well as events with HR partners from Work-Life. These dietitians, exercise specialists, health coaches and mental health counselors also offer individual and group support to employees year-round.

This group journey starts at a destination: the beach! Each step helps our group uncover milestones as we explore the beautiful tropical scenery. If our journey reaches 42,000 miles, everyone who participated receives a t-shirt.

The event begins at 11:30 a.m. with their opening remarks. No registration is required.
