Welcome to UK’s inaugural Wellness Week! From July 16th through the 20th, you are invited to attend more than a dozen free events focusing on nutrition, physical activity and overall well-being. Wellness Week includes stress-relief activities such as Yoga for EveryBody, Relaxing with Rover (spending time playing with dogs available for adoption from the Lexington Humane Society), open houses with our own nutrition specialists and at our newest employee fitness facility, and a special, week-long challenge for all of us to take 150 million steps total—that’s three times around the equator!

All of these great events are hosted by HR Health and Wellness — UK’s team of dietitians, exercise specialists and health coaches who provide individual and group support to employees daily.
